Everybody has strengths and weaknesses. There is always a flaw in every human being. In order to be a great person, we should focus on our strengths and forget our weaknesses. Vice versa, to be a humble person who is down to earth, God give us flaws to be the reminder that nobody's perfect. Our greatest glory consists not in never falling because of our flaws, but in rising every time we fall, as the proverb says, "Fall seven times, rise eight times". This proverb always be a good reminder for myself to rise every time I fall.
